All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. The products and packaging must be returned in their original condition. The products must be returned with the original tags. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No returns on fragrances. No returns on sale items.

FM offers USPS priority shipping for do-mestic packages. All orders ship Priority Mail and most will be sent out within 2 days of the order being placed. Please note that USPS does not operate on Sundays.
